About the event
In honor of Tu B’Shevat and caring for the earth, we will be collecting items needed by Ekar Farm, a local communal urban farm, inspired by Jewish values. Please enjoy bringing any of the following items needed for all year planting, growing and harvesting at the farm. Monetary donations also accepted at https://www.ekarfarm.org/donate.
- mason jars (quart, wide mouth)
- tools (shovels, rakes, hoes, sprayers, hoses)
- craft items (markers, crayons)
- farm amendments (organic fertilizers)
- gift certificates (Home Depot, Way to Grow, Grower's Supply, Johnny’s Selected Seeds)
